Working hours & Response time:

We work as per below, unless something important to trek operations.

All times are Indian Standard time (IST, GMT + 5:30 hours).

Mon to Fri: 10 am to 7 pm,

Sat: 10 am – 6 pm

Sun: Off

Fresh queries and trek support calls are answered straight away, within our working hours. If one is busy or can’t take a call, please try the alternative numbers. For written queries, we try to reply back in 6 to 48 hours, depending on the query and weekends or holidays.

For queries on a scheduled Fixed Departure trek, simply you may submit the BOOKING QUERY FORM available on the same Trek/Tour Details page.  Expect much faster response over email and discuss/talk to you back within our working hours.

    Kolkata Office:

    Our meeting and registered office are in Kolkata. If you stay nearby, you may visit our meeting office and know your trek. It is one comfortable mean to understand HT treks that we run as a trek tour operator. In case you are in Kolkata, stopping by after a trek, we would be more than happy to meet you in office.

    Meeting Office & timings:

    As we are often we are out of the city for logistics/operations etc or working from home.o  Call us at least a day before to check and confirm if you like to meet us in our office. The meeting office is in Calcutta Greens Commercial Complex between Ajoy Nagar and Peerless Hospital/Highland Park, opposite to SRFTI on E.M.Bypass service lane.
